- They’re stopping ALL trucks
- Everyone is handed a piece of paper
- They must read it out loud
- They must also write what they’re told to write

And if you have a company in Arkansas that employs people that can’t read or write in English, it’s a $10,000 fine paid on the spot.
If you cannot pay it, you’re automatically arrested and lose your license.
We need this in EVERY state!!
It’s about time. This should have been implemented as standard across the USA before Reagan accepted the first immigration amnesty.
This one way to expedite the removal of illegal aliens. It will also make the roads a lot safer.
A longer term side effect is more Americans becoming drivers as the pay rises.

Yes. Frequent visits and one extended stay. ‘Half’ was just an estimation based on my experience. I could be off by a few percentage points.
Having a working knowledge of English used to be a PRERQUISITE to becoming an American citizen. Now they don’t even have to pledge allegiance to the flag!!!

I can’t say one way or the other about them stopping drivers at a weigh station but a friend of mine has a niece working as a waitress at one of the big name truck stops near here and she says around half of the drivers that come in point at a picture on the menu to order. They can neither read it, nor tell her in English what they want to eat.
In Virginia, the ‘Law’ says that Drivers must be able to Read and Speak English. Yet at the DMV Offices, you can watch illegal mestizos taking the ‘written test’ for the License with their bastard/citizen spawn READING the SPANISH questions on the Screen.
Also, want to force them to Learn English? It would be simple for the Telephone Network Computers to be Programmed to Drop any Call using more than one Sentence of ‘spanish’ or the mestizo dialects….
