This sounds like that same shit we have here in calif. with the stupid hi speed rail. Stupid voters approved about 30 billion now they want another 300 billion. Farms were eminent domained, split in half, and only a few percent of this thing is done. Nobody can ride it yet. But somebody somewhere is buying a few million dollars of votes with it.
this whole thing is a nightmare in New England all the states got together to set up solar panels and windmills for this net zero stuff. there are some other words i would prefer to use but everyone here knows those words and how to use them.

Green power is a scam. CO2 sequestration is an uber scam. Spain saw the price of green power. Pollution wise it is horrendous. I could rant on. Prayers for these guys in the target zone.
