Piece of cake. It’s 0.3937, so not even 20 thou bigger than 3/8 at 0.375. Sockets are always slightly oversized for the oddball oversized nut/hardware, and I think that of the handful of times I tried a 3/8 socket on a 10mm nut, it hasn’t worked once. A 25/64 socket or wrench is going to fit for sure because that’s 0.3906 but that’ll probably be harder to find and more expensive than a 10mm socket.
Don’t have a socket, but I DO have two 25/64 wrenches – one is open-end and the other is box. Both Craftsman wrenches.
I got Vise Grips.
That doesn’t work, then the torches come out.
No problem.

A gag and rope works better and doesn’t damage the merchandise.

Extension cords? That is what baling wire is for.
Extension cords make a fine garrote, or so I’ve heard.
