  1. Arms included armor and the systems that carried arms, like wagons, caissons, ships…

So all weapons. Yes, all weapons. Brass knuckles especially, as they were commonly used in warfare. But also maces and Mace, grenades, rockets, missiles, swords, polearms, cannon, guns, howitzers, mortars, landmines, tracked vehicles, wheeled vehicles, halftracked vehicles, boats, ships, aircraft, dirigibles and zepellins.

    All.

If it’s related to weapons (Armes, as defined by English language in the 1770s) then that’s also covered. So the BATFE’s constant ruling that having a machine shop and metal and the knowledge to make guns is enough to prosecute one for making guns is very very wrong.

  2. All gun/arm control laws are unconstitutional. The only method that can legally make a gun/arm law is by amending the US Constitution. All states agreed to abide by the Constitution when they entered the United States.

  3. we really need to get back to basics and teach civics in schools. an in depth study of the federalist papers by high school would be very enlightening.

    • HAAA! Good luck with that! “The System” is completely corrupted, top to bottom. Only by building an independant, separate system, run by non-incorporated entities can we hope for a truth based educational system.

    • there are much better “ways” of rigging things to keep people out
of a area you want keep “free” of assholes.
and you can buy “electric matches” online too. a little black powder
with a sawdust kicker and you have the start of something.
thick walled PVC works great too. seal it all up and it can sit for years if you do it right. just saying. of course

  4. If the technology available at the time is the standard, shouldn’t the government throw out their computers and go back to pen and quill?
