      • Well, for one, the one about salt making water cloudy. Salt will cause dissolved gases to come out of solution. Basic chemistry. So that “cloudiness” looks more like lots of tiny bubbles caused y air coming out of solution. If they would have waited long enough, my guess is the cloudiness would have dissipated.

        Not that there may be some additive to salt to keep it from caking up and turning into a solid block during storage.

  1. I’ve also noticed that milk is going bad long before the expiration date. Ever since the gook flu, milk will not last more than a few days…usually turning around a week before it’s “suppose” to.
    Either funky additives or, I believe, a major fuck-up in the shipping/stocking process. No matter what brand or store, it’s the same shit.
    I’ve gotten to where I just used boxed milk to drink and the other for cooking.
