As a right brain, my directions consist entirely of markers like, ‘past the old schoolhouse,’ the bean field, the sculpture that looks like an arcade claw, the penis building, the giant railroad bridge, tunnel, the gas station with clean bathrooms, the big hickory tree. I have no idea what the road numbers are. People usually supplement my directions with google.

  2. Actual instructions from my Grandpa: “Turn north 2 miles before you get to where the railroad tracks used to be”.
