Yeah, if I was smart, I wouldn’t comment, but you know, there are good reasons why even dipstick Ayrabs know not to use American-made utes and pickups. They can’t call for AAA to help with breakdowns, and even crazy fanatics prefer not having to walk everywhere. it also why rebuilt fj 40s that are diesel power are going for 70 grand and up.
lot of people like the short wheel base ones. me, I rather have a long base one myself, just don’t have the money for one. about as basic as you can get. run the damn thing on old motor oil if need be. power windows or anything else or a/c either. a true truck for the end of time
damn near all of the old benz’s you see in 3rd world shitholes are diesel powered. lot of them have over 300 thousand miles on them as well.
Toyota Hilux is the best fuckin truck ever made. The Landcruiser is the best SUV ever made. You gotta have a bullet proof rig to mash around the desert and not DIE because your ranger broke down. Even despicable goat fuckers can have good taste in rigs.
