A new EV battery that can add 370 miles of range in 10 minutes.
China’s CATL introduced its new Shenxing Plus EV battery.(LFP)
New Formula E
There is now one EV fast charging station for every five gas stations in California.
100,000 miles of high power transmission lines will be upgraded in the next five years. This will make a 4 time increase in capacity.
Pothole filling Robot
Construction has begun on a solar carport canopy at JFK International Airport. (With enough solar panels to cover 11 football fields and hold 3,000 cars.) Terminal 1 and Terminal 6 will also soon include rooftop solar arrays.

There are now over 4,000 Cyber trucks on the road in the US, with a planned production ramp-up to 250,000 per year by mid-2025.
Lilium eVTOL Jet
An Oakland, California school district is the first in the US to transition to a 100% electric school bus system with vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology.
US grid operators haven’t been practicing long-term transmission planning, but the FERC just made 20 year plans mandatory.(After studying extreme weather events that cost hundreds of lives and millions of dollars.)

Bricklin 3EV
Cyber truck beat Rivian in March sales, but the Ford Lightning was still the top consumer pick in Electric trucks with almost 3,000 in sales.
I have 3 comments:
1. You should watch Formula E racing sometime just to hear how the announcers try to make silent high speed golf cart racing sound exciting. I also noticed that instead of recharging or changing batteries they just jump into a new car.
2. Interesting that the Green Ship 01 has gone back to the bridge forward design like a classic Great Lakes cargo ship. Just a thought – diesel fuel floats, batteries do not.
3. A hail storm like we get in Texas would put a hurt on that Ouarzazate solar plant.
There’s a Scandinavian company building small nuclear propulsion units for ships and other things.

EV sux!
I can’t wait for the Muslims to get a hold on one of them and sail into New York Harbour.
The Russian Navy has deployed a Strategic (Nuke Weapon) Torpedo that is Powered by a Miniature, Closed-Cycle Fission Turbine Engine. This System allows an approximately 75-Foot Long, 8-foot Diameter Torpedo to run at up to 100 Knots and almost a Mile Deep. Even with the required Shielding for a Manned Vessel, this type of Powerplant (or a larger version) could very easily be used for Ships and Railroad Locomotives.
Small-Scale Nuclear Reactors have very few ‘technical challenges’ for widespread use, IF the ‘political issues’ were not such a Problem. Remember, the ‘green agenda’ and ‘renewable energy’ has NOTHING TO DO with ‘environmental protection’. It is SOLELY ABOUT ENSLAVING EVERYONE by making Transportation Unaffordable to Individuals.
p.s. the Jawa’s Sandcrawler, like everything else in ‘Star Wars’ and every other Sci-Fi Story, is Nuclear-Powered. It’s the only way for those types of Machines to Fuction.
There have been molten slat nuclear thorium reactor designs around for more than a decade that would power your home for twenty years at about half what you pay for power today.
They can’t get approved because marketing them would put the power companies out of business.
Thats correct and the salt plug systems are “self-policing”.
Scrap yards and city dumps will be full soon.
Why all the talk about carbon emissions? When did they become a problem?
It is pure disinformation and propaganda. People know that carbon is coal, graphite, soot and is dirty.
CO2 is a clean, colorless odorless gas that makes fire extinguishers, beer, Coca-Cola and bread possible. How can that be harmful.
So they lie to us about carbon.
The amount of CO2 in the air is close to zero at 0.04%
The amount of carbon in the air is even closer to zero. something like 0.00004% It is a solid and settles out quickly.
So when are the commie bitches going to demand their solar powered buttplugs?
I really liked the pillar of salt.
There is not a charging station within 40 miles of my home. I live in a rural farming community. Most of the pickup trucks are diesel powered 3/4 ton or higher. If it is a half ton pickup then that is the wife’s daily transportation for the most part.
Same shit, different day has morphed into different shit every day. BOHICA.
What a shill! His whole channel is nothing but a battery beast shmoozefest. I don’t know where he lives, but it is obviously east of the Misssisippi, because out here in the real world, 30,000 miles a year is standard. I’m so completely unimpressed.
EVs aren’t a solution. That said I do like hybrids, that tech is very viable.
I’m good with Formula E, if only for the reason that racing tends to bring about leaps in technology, especially automotive technology.
I don’t see the gain of an electric cargo ship. Hybrid maybe, something to help them coast along? Maybe something short range and relatively low capacity, like for the great lakes? I’ll point out my knowledge of ships rivals my knowledge particle physics… that is to say, I have absolutely none.
The rest… meh. You couldn’t pay me enough to fly in an electric aircraft and electric construction equipment seems massively inefficient.
These assholes that complain about CO2 are so full of shit. Some greenhouses run CO2 generators to benefit their plants. I’m so sick of this EV shit I could blow grits.
