Pretty much any prepared food is gonna look like that,. anything you buy in the stores (including meats and cheeses) and any baked bread product.
Unless you raise your own meat, or buy it from a decent butcher, bake your own bread from flour (and some flours are full of chemicals) make your own cheese and such, you are gonna get similar chemicals.
That’s a nice cheat to get to 55 ingredients, many are listed twice and there’s some discrepancies as to what’s what. Like, for instance, Chicken has both “spices” and “paprika”, which is a spice too. You got water listed 3 separate times. And not that water’s even bad, it’s good and necessary. You got nonfat milk at both #11 and #19. Salt is listed 4 times in there.
All in all, I don’t think the chic-fil-a meal is all that bad considering many of the alternatives out there. Not as good as home cooking, but then again that’s not always an option.
The reason for listing multiple ingredients in the ingredients lists is the meme is listing ingredients for each major component in the sandwich. That’s why there are five columns of ingredients. The columns are listing the ingredients for each of the sandwich components.
I tries one of those things when the first ChickFilA place opened near me. I got a coupon for a free sandwich. Never again. I opened the sandwich to find a triangular piece of breaded chicken that measured 2.5″ x 1.75″. I don’t know what they charge for those things, but whatever it is, is not worth it IMHO.
I think the biggest reason the chain is so popular is because it’s a Christian company, that is closed on Sunday.
Hell yes
A die hard Christian buddy of mine is a CFA deciple tells me I’m nuts and the owners are devout Christians I say yes but still support Lgbq whatever I don’t eat there.
One of the Truets was on talk show on hands and knees several years ago cleaning some 2G’s shoes that tell me all I need to know
The only possible use for this is to see if there’s something in there that you know you’re allergic or sensitive to. “Gee, every time I have that chicken sandwich I feel like my gut is on fire” or you shit your brains out or something. So you start comparing ingredients with other foods to see if it contains an ingredient some other chicken sandwich doesn’t have and that doesn’t make you feel sick.
That’s what ingredient lists are supposed to be for.
I am not a fast food junkie and never have been. I grew up in a county that had only one McDonald’s and it was nearly an hour’s drive from our house. Nowadays, that town trips are more frequent, Chick-fil-A is the go-to fast food choice for my family if we do make it to a town and do go through a drive-through for take out. What I have noticed about the Chick-fil-A’s I have visited is that they process and employees work “run like a clock”. They speak English very well. They hardly ever make a mistake and the wait time is kept to a minimum. The chicken is pretty good too.
fast food used to be both, and cheap… now it’s mostly overpriced (way, way) trash
chikka-fil is no different but the least likely to be served wrong or rudely, cold or old
Cool! Now do a Big Mac with Fries.
Seconded., You’ll be amazed, amused, and horrified.
Then list their “milkshakes”…
56. Headcheese off the head servers hands.
I think I threw up in my mouth a little with that one.

CFA is actually lower than most.

Started going to CFA when McD’s and Burger King decided to snuggle up to the homos, weirdos, and BLM.
CF’s foundation has given to liberal causes and activities. Some of that lgbtqrstuv+ causes.

It’s a nothin burger.
Yep! The trucks trundle through the neighborhoods daily collecting the bodies of those who died from a chicken sandwich.
“Bring out your dead!”
I always thought these things were loaded with MSG. Rarely eating them has just gone to probably never will again.

Or you can just say, I’m not eating that again!

Hell, we aren’t gonna get out of this alive anyway, might as well enjoy the best Chicken sandwich there is.
