  1. Ya ever stack green lumber 10 hours a night, or work in a plywood mill?
I got some learnin’ there. And it’s been hard to stifle some language there. But Ya know? I’m a Marine biologist of many decades now, and we swear like sailors. Oh, wait, we are . . . Nevemind . . .

  2. I speak fluent Teamster, Pilebuck, Pipefitter, Boilermaker, Operating Engineer, Deck Hand, Longshoreman and Iron Worker.
I never did learn much Carpenter though.
Sounded kinda like French from what I did hear.

    • You ever listen to surgeon? Or frustrated Nurse? Has a German hard consonant sound of a out of balance tablesaw…

Other words a fine, I think the “C” word is under-used. I LIKE IT and I do all I can to keep in play on my blog. 🙂 🙂

  4. Having been in the Navy back in the 60’s, I speak fluent sailor. I do try not to take the Lord’s name in vain. Mostly successful there.

I learned cussing from one of my grandmothers. Fine Irish Catholic lady who was always calling on J_____s, Mary and Joseph. and a bunch of saints to deliver her from the mistakes of her grandkids.
