Because they were pieces of shit and the engineer knew it.
It’s gonna be fun, make sure to have sensitive mic with headphones so you can hear them coming. Have your pits and kill zones ready.
I see one of those around my neighborhood (Heck, ANY robot) and I’m gonna see just exactly what a JHP .357 does to the sensor cluster.
It’s interesting just how scared people are of robots and remote-controlled “robots”, one good shot to the sensor cluster and/or the controller and they are toast. I see the ones the Police use, and I am amazed just how vulnerable the electronics actually is! One shot with a laser or a really bright light and the optics are toast!
Must be because I’m a robotics kinda guy…
and here I was thinking a 12 ga. slug would do the trick on them.
either that or some steel birdshot, the kind used to duck hunting
#2 or 4# shot should do one.
No, you really need penetration, so the slug, FMJ, and maybe even double-ought buck will do the trick. Don’t piss on ’em, give ’em the boot!

Naah, I already have a grill, thank you.
Now there’s an A.I. revolution I can get behind.
