I have no idea what da fuck is wrong with it. I have sent them three contact forms and all I get is your account is blocked and contact us bullshirt. So I can’t get no satisfaction until it is fixed or scrapped for another email account.
Here is the fourth response to my query:

That’s quite strange. I have used GMX for quite a few years with no issues. They are Europe based (Germany maybe?). Keep us posted. Good luck straightening out the problem.
