Yes, CederQ, sometimes the spot you pick has a few flaws. Now worries, though, when you bring the kitchen sink AND a toilet with you!!
I don’t know about White River being the coldest spot in Canada, I was on a missile site north of Minot ND and the (highly inaccurate) thermometer said 72 below… I sure don’t miss them days!
Personally speaking, a 12′ camper isn’t even worth towing unless you have a Pinto or a Chevette. Just my humble opinion.
