GuardDuck, is that the scenic pullout just before Vantage?
Some (no, ALL) of those vintage trailers are beautiful!
I, too, hate to pull out, unless it’s my driveway and I’m headed out!
Yup, that’s the place.
GuardDuck, adding the Columbia and Rogue to my bucket list. Maybe at the First Annual Irish Bustedknuckles gathering. We could act like the mountain men of yore.
Really don’t want to find out how painful irishbustedknuckles would be but YOLO.
I would own number 3 all day long.
5 American manufacturers need to make not on how to make gorgeous mini’s. I would own that one as well.
note, dammit Siri not not, as Jethro would say.
We could pattern it after Burning Man… and call it Burning Old Fart.
I’m fascinated by the ones like #7, complete Bodies fitted to a Medium-Truck Chassis, as opposed to ones where the Camper Body is put behind a standard Cab. I had started to look at taking an Avion 23-Foot Body and putting it on a BMY 6 x 6, 5-Ton Military Chassis, adding Wrap-Around Windows so the ‘Cab’ was the Aluminum Body up to the Dashboard/Engine Firewall. The ‘project’ got too complicated for the Time I had, so I sold it off to someone else, who ended up putting the Avion Body on a New, Heavy High-Ground Clearance Frame from a Military 2-Axle Cargo Trailer. He pulls that with the 5-Ton.
Imagine my surprise when I found out that my 34′ Beaver Motor Coach was on a Gillig bus chassis and bus running gear/suspension!
