I saw a similar one to the first one a couple a weeks ago but smaller enclosure. Looked like the guy was a traveling photographer. He was gone the next day.
“Life before fast food”. When in my utes going on vacation in the family sedan my Mom would cook a couple roast then grind them with pickles and onions added and freeze it in containers. For lunch we would hit a rest stop and the meat for the day would be thawed. She would mix mayonnaise with it to hold it together on our sandwiches, was really good.
If I could go back in time that would be an activity I would do.

Some of those “hybrid” RV’s are truly… spooky…
