You noticed that too? I have some coming up depicting that, that I will be posting in the near future.
I love cabins. I can remember staying with my Dad’s eldest brother at his place in northern Vermont from September to February when I was about to turn five. I can remember the trek to the outhouse in the middle of the night with a very grumpy aunt and sitting (all the way back) on the wooden board so the important parts could reach the hole and I can remember tearing a page out of the catalog.
Oh, yes! I love cabins.
life is just better in the woods. left the city over 5 years ago and never looked
back. granted it not as back in the woods as I would have liked, but it was something I could afford. and on the plus side, I do have some great neighbors here. so, all in all. not bad. although gas prices are killing most around here who have to drive into town to work these days.
something I think is going to get a lot worse after the “election”.
Got back from a trip to camp yesterday. The quiet is just astounding. Unproductive turkey hunting.
Just to rub a little salt in the wound, the next door neighbor up there sends me a pic of a small flock in his front yard, just about the time arrived home.
Hell, yeah!
Man oh man, look at all of that white privilege !

Yep. Hard times create strong men.
