By The Time I Get Home Tonight, Washington State Will Have Banned All Semi Automatic Weapons

It passed the legislature yesterday, they have it marked as an emergency measure, that Commie Fuck Jay Inslee will sign it today.

They know it’s Unconstitutional right out of the gate but it will go into effect just so that it will take a couple of years to get through the system before it’s struck down.

BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — A ban on dozens of semi-automatic rifles cleared the Washington state Legislature on Wednesday and the governor is expected to sign it into law.

The high-powered firearms — once banned nationwide — are now the weapon of choice among young men responsible for most of the country’s devastating mass shootings.

The ban comes after multiple failed attempts in the state’s Legislature, and amid the most mass shootings during the first 100 days of a calendar year since 2009.

The Washington law would block the sale, distribution, manufacture and importation of more than 50 gun models, including AR-15s, AK-47s and similar style rifles. These guns fire one bullet per trigger pull and automatically reload for a subsequent shot. Some exemptions are included for sales to law enforcement agencies and the military in Washington. The measure does not bar the possession of the weapons by people who already have them.

The law would go into effect immediately once it’s signed by Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee, who has long advocated for such a ban. When the bill passed the state House in March, Inslee said he’s believed it since 1994 when, as a member of the U.S. Congress, he voted to make the ban a federal law.

Lets’ see, Shall Not Be Infringed or a Total Ban.

A small child could figure that out.

It’s Lawfare, Economic War and it’s right out of the Commie Playbook.

The entire Washington State Democratic Party can line up around the block so that they can all take a huge suck right outta my ass.

I WILL NOT COMPLY.

  1. Come on guys. Don’t you get it?
Only criminals are allowed to own weapons to protect themselves against their victims.

    • Unfortunately, this. Vancouver, Wa. is where my wife and I got our 1st concealed carry permits back in 1979, when Washington was still part of the free United States.
      Sad.
Gun owners in Wa. will probably cooperate as much as California sporting rifle owners did back in the mid 80’s with their ban, almost not at all.

      • “Gun owners in Wa. will probably cooperate as much as California” and CT and NYFS and NJ.

  2. Pity everyone’s guns were lost on that fateful rafting expedition on the Columbia river back in ’08

  3. The gutless skunks don’t have the balls to try and confiscate everything we already own because we all know how that would work so they Grandfathered in everything already out here. Those aren’t going anywhere.
I have a gut feeling that those alone would be more than what the government has now that they left five hundred thousand rifles over in Afghanistan to make sure the Taliban doesn’t run out.
    These people really are stupid.

    • I would differ a bit. I’ll call it criminally, unconstitutionally, intentional.
      Commies are gonna commie.

  4. Some exemptions are included for sales to law enforcement agencies and the military in Washington.

You mean like the police protecting the state house and governor?

  5. Damn near a shooting a day in these parts. We even had the random shooting this week. One amish guy goes into libary as they say shoots white guy in the head walks to convenience store shoots another guy.

My son works for the convenience store company but years ago relocated to Texas with them but I still worry.

Someone on the a little twisted side is gonna flip the switch for all of us soon. Remember after the first one the rest are free.

  6. I’d like to tell you things are different in Texas but with the influx of Californians, the invasion coming across our southern border, the far left taking over Austin, and the fact that our Republican Governer is really just part of the old school uniparty Bush-Clinton establishment, I think Texas is at risk of becoming a blue state hell hole.

    • at Mikey; (hope you see this) How and when did Austin shift so left? Never have heard a good explanation. Thanks.

      • Most big cities tilt left, many hard left. Houston is a good example of this, a deep blue shithole in the middle of a red state. Part of it (for Houston, anyway) is the large “diverse” population of freeloaders voting for more handouts.

Austin started with the double-whammy of being the capital and being a college town, thus you have a more liberal bent to it. As it grew from a mid-sized hill country town to a big city, it went more left. Then it became part of the tech corridor for Texas, attracting lots of out-of-state talent (read Commie-fornia there) moving in and voting the straight commie ticket. It is now yet another blue oasis in the middle of a red state.

There is also the Washington DC effect there too. As local politicians go to Austin for the legislative season, they are constantly surrounded by those liberals instead of the hardcore conservatives back in their home counties. So even conservative politicians cave in an attempt to appease the Austin liberals instead of standing for the values of the voters that sent them there. Pisses me off to no end.

  7. That CUNT turdoo pulled the same shit here in TGWN. We don’t have an constitution or an effective opposition, therefore, I’ve always deferred to the Law of God instead of .gov dictates. Come and take it, but have your affairs in order first! Everyone I interact with at the ammo dump is pissed right the fuck off and buying up whatever they can. This will not end well for the WEFfers!

  8. it is the same old deal. we can have them but you can not kind of shit.
you have tools and the know how to get around such shit anyway if need be.
as I have said before. ammo is always the weak link. people never have enough of it. learn to reload it. cast your own bullets- it not hard to do really.
gun control is all about control. they will have all the guns to control you.
same story told way too often in history.
remember this. they want to rule over you. not govern. big difference there.
they will let the clowns run wild in the cities. but if you act up in any way. they will nail your ass in a heartbeat. the cops are not your friend here in this.
they will be the ones knocking on YOUR door to collect your weapons.
    plan ahead now.

  9. Can’t say what I’d like to say because “fedpoasting” is a problem. I’m quite sure I’m on many lists, but there are subjects I’ll only discuss in person with our spyphones left back in the house.
I will point out that these obviously unconstitutional dictates are absolutely intentional. Lawfare is the name of the game. Over here in the peoples republik of Orygun, measure 114 is tied up in courts, and will be for years. Yes, it can be struck down, but for us peons, how much justice can YOU afford? Uncle Ted can say that the second amendment IS his carry permit, but he has the deep pockets to back that up. I sure don’t.

        • Sadly Fred, you are mistaken. You should read up a bit before posting things like this. States CAN make gun laws, and do so.

I don’t like it and wish that it were not so as much as you do, but sadly, you are incorrect.

          • You guys still believe “law” prevails. The “law” is what the police say it is or you wouldn’t get busted. The courts usually agree with the police. See “Alec Baldwin” or “Hunter Biden” or the J6 fellows for examples.

        • Fred, I left a state because they made gun laws that would have put me in jail for life.
This is despite the supreme court judging in favor of my right to own “certain” firearms.
States practice nullification on a multitude of laws, most of which we’re completely unaware of, so watch out for yourself!

  10. I hope GOA and SAF will get an injunction against this pronto. Damn shame gun owners have to spend money on this crap – it’s like an extra tax just to exercise a right. I don’t know how the State supreme court in WA is, but any justice with even a half-ass legal education shouldn’t have any trouble reading Bruen. I’m not sure if the State court is the 1st step. Since you’re in the 9th Circus, that’s a tossup, though since Bruen, they’ve done a better job.

Meanwhile, in Colorado, we dodged a bullet when, faced with about 500 people showing up to testify against it, the lefty-loony rep severly curtailed the bill she’d introduced, and it still got shot down in committee.

  11. I need to move to Idaho or Utah, pronto. I’m really, REALLY tired of the clowns in the Washington State Legislature. The FedGov as well, but can’t afford to move to another country.

    Hunker down, people.

  12. Lawfare seems to be in order. Sue, sue, sue. Sue for gun rights, sue school boards for their pedo wokeness. Sue “affirmative action” policies. And boycott, boycott, boycott! Don’t spend ONE dollar in Wa. if you can avoid it. We used to live outside cda, and shopped in Spokane until we became aware of the rampant totalitarianism in Washington state. Heck, if I lived in Wa. I wouldn’t shop there if I could avoid it, just to choke off the flow of sales tax. The reality is their ban is TOTALLY unconstitutional, but Inslee is one of their boys so it’ll be tough sledding. If you’re dealing with this outrageous nonsense in Wa. or elsewhere, our hearts are with you!

  13. It is also worth noting that mister shifty signed “legislation” that outlaws the death penalty in the last few days, which is good and bad, except for those who have no fucks left, they are who they are.
