That was Lake City ball ammo, non-belted, 500 rounds, shipped on Ammoseek this morning. There was cheaper reman and tracer rounds.
Those are Barrett SASR .50 cals (I was 8541). If he was firing Raufoss rounds, which is the round we always used in the Barrett, the cost per round is much, much higher than that!
I used to laugh at people (civilians) who told me that Rambo (stallone) could NEVER have handled the recoil from that M60 with one hand.
I did it, and I’m nowhere near that big. (And yeah, I did a lot of pushups for that little display, too. )

Looks like 29 inch barrels, which means each rifle is about 38 pounds with ammo, his arms will be hurting later.
