Those things are not made of paper. They’re microplastics. I MIGHT trust it to wipe my ass, but not to pour boiling water through. Hell, if that’s all i had, i’d just dump the coffee grounds into the pot like in the old days.

Many of those masks were made either in India in cottage industries or in China. I would NOT recommend using them like this, especially with boiling water. I don’t trust any food or preparation methods that come from either of those countries; who knows what they’re made of?
