That’s not much of.a joke anymore when there’s a service called “Klarna” that lets people finance the purchase of restaurant meals (among other things). I see it advertised on eBay as a way to do installment payments (at what I’m sure is an extortionate rate). It’s the new big thing, and will be a financial disaster for many who use it to buy that which they can’t immediately afford.
Unfortunately for Western Civilization, we’ll be eating Soylent Brown.
Because big pharma has turned the green that color
The last time I ate at McDonald’s, I got two big macs for five dollars…I ain’t going back till that happens again…..
I’m not going back there again untill the food meets the same quality standards it did circa 1980. Fries made in beef tallow, real meat burgers, etc. I might even pay current prices if they did that, but I’m damn sure not going there for the overpriced goy slop they’re serving presently. I doubt they will make the changes needed to get me back in there, so it’s kind of a moot point.
That’s called Steak and shake
TPTB have built this world on debt and it has to be replaced with even more debt, buckle up.
I recently read a story citing the cost of a Big Mac at $8.00. My reaction WTF would pay that for a turd sandwich that has decreased in size by about 1/3 since its inception and increased in price by 640%.
