    • I found a bunch in a few places along the shoreline of a lake while magnet fishing, along with a couple of ice saws.

  1. Whole-zucchini-pickle fork.

Usually comes with the drum of pickles, taped to the lid.

  2. Naw, guys. You insert the spikes in your wife’s ears to drag her to the kitchen
    when she gets bitchy. Damn.

  3. When you find a woman you want, latch one in the pink, one in the stink, and drag her home.
    (I’ll hide now.)

    • Do you know why Cavemen drug their women home by the hair?
So they wouldn’t fill up with dirt.

  4. Still in use in Michigan.

And if you find some, buy them. When the power fails and we are back to root cellars and lake ice/sawdust storage for perishable foods, going to be needed. That and also Ice saws to form the blocks then move them to the horse drawn flat bed. Not to mention digging the ice storage house into the ground then building the roof and layering it 8 feet thick in hay bales and oiled canvas tarps.

Most won’t even know the old ways BP (Before Plastic). .

Old style oak box zinc lined refrigerators might make a comeback too, along with the cast iron kitchen stove/whole house and hot water heater combination like I enjoyed at a 200 year old farmhouse in Upstate NY one year – complete with outhouse 50 feet north of the nearest house door, no heat out there whatsoever. Believe me, you do your business right quick when it is 20 below outside. At least this place had the shallow well pump tight there next to the kitchen sink.

Fun times for a 22 year old, don’t look forward to having to adopt all this at age 70, but here we are.

  5. Ice Tongs but can be used to haul timber and other tasks. Nobody should like “unitaskers”.

  6. All of y’all are wrong.

That’s a cat carrier, although I’ll admit it has other uses.
