An upcoming Fuckening… better buy lube.

Those of us that have been to college and used student loans and payed them back dutifully and gruelingly and those that paid their way by working and sacrificing and even those that never went to college are going to have to be burden by taxes of those too lazy, too stupid to analyze the job market and acquired degrees that are virtually useless. Both these memes illustrate our frustration and anger that we “Boomers” are complaining and voicing outrage. One has to wonder if in this “order” that those of us will be “forgiven” of our loans and be refunded the principal and interest, fees and any penalties incurred during the loan servicing? Probably not. I personally witnessed those that had taken basket weaving of lesbian persuasion and gender black studies take extended European vacations, and skiing trips over Christmas holidays and partied all weekend and those are the people hired at woke companies and can buy that EV, but not pay the loan. The rest of us worked our asses off and graduated as close to debt free as we can, due to the inflated costs of edumacation. Below my thesis is a post from Vox Populi, voxday.net where his argument, we boomers are crass and plain wrong about these dead beats shouldn’t be paying, a Jubilee as it where… you decide. Only item I agree with his argument is student loans are a scam and should never been legal in the first place.

A Good Start

Fake President Biden announces the first step in what we can hope is a path to forgiving all student debt and banning all student loans.

The president will forgive debts of up to $20,000 dollars for students who o went to college on Pell grants and $10,000 for students who did not receive Pell grants. Debt forgiveness only applies to individuals earning less than $125,000 or couples filing joint earnings of $250,000.

Don’t make the mistake of defending the wrong thing because bad or stupid people happen, for whatever reason, to be doing the right thing for a change. Student debt is a scam, it should never have been legal in the first place, and the law preventing student debt from being discharged.

Make no mistake: if you’re on the side of the bankers and the Boomers and the universities here, you are absolutely and without question choosing the side of evil. And there is no amount of solipsistic argumentum ad personalem is going to make your argument any more convincing or moral, or any less economically ignorant and churlish.

Don’t forget the Parable of the Unmerciful Servant either.

Then the master called the servant in. ‘You wicked servant,’ he said, ‘I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to. Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?’ In anger his master handed him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.

And FFS, discharging debt is not inflationary, so don’t even think about trying to cite that sort of media ignorance at anyone. In a credit money economy, debt-forgiveness is literally deflationary.

UPDATE: Stonetoss shows how to silence the Boomercon critics.

  1. In Canada the rules are a little different. Back in the early 90’s I had a student loan I was paying back and the federal loans once you graduated were given to a federal bank. It changed every 5 years depending on which bank gave the best kickbacks.

So mine was given to TD and they decided the rate should be 16%. I was making the payments but interest was obscene and they kept screwing me around.

I went to another bank to see if they would give me a loan to.pay off the 10k student loan. They told me legally they were not allowed by federal law to loan me money to pay out the student loan. The loan officer then told me that as a young man they could loan me 10k for a new stereo. He also said thst after they loaned me the money what i spent it on was my business.

So I got a 10k loan at 3.7% and paid out the original student loan.

  2. C’mon! I know you hate Jews. but please stop using Israel as the whipping boy – plenty of other countries you could mention
or should we start stoking the ovens.

    • I didn’t mention Israel, Vox Day did in the post he put up on his blog. I just copied it make an example and a point on my post. I just think we need to just ship the whole damn tribe back by C-17s, C-130s and open the back ramp at 25,000 ft and hit a vertical climb.

      • I’ll do a bit of research on your background and I’ll bet I find a bit of “Jewish blood” somewhere back several generations; so then you can join us.

        • Oh you are right, I am Swedish and Irish, my dad side had a genealogy trace way back in the 60/70s and while my dad’s mother was quite Waspish was aghast that there was some substantial Jewish influence into Sweden at about the 12 or 13th century and into our ancestral gene pool… you look at my dad’s mother and father (I couldn’t stand her) and my father and his brothers and would look quite at home in Israel… I escaped that and took on my mother’s Irish tint.

        • No boron, not interested in finding my roots in the diaspora. I “identify” more closely to my Irish side, in fact I do have some direct connection to Michael Collin’s Freedom Fighters.

      • Y’ wanna drop the Libs out the back? Fine, I won’t argue, but Leave the Jews alone. Thee are plenty of us who are far more conservative than you.

        • I can change that to libs, but I personally haven’t seen many conservative Jews speak up, in fact you are the first one in my experience, I like your sand.

          • Thank you – not all Libs are Jewish; far from it!
I’ll get a few of my friends (as well as our wives: they’re somewhat more vocal – surprise, surprise) to speak up on your columns. 99% of us are vets, who were not drafted (again – surprise, surprise) and whose parents emigrated from Eastern Europe during the interbellum.

            • Yes the 144,000 each from the seven tribes will be included in the Armegeddon. Don’t forget our blogger friend the red pilled jew.

      • Vox day is often, shall we say, dead wrong. Loans should not be forgiven except under a special set of circumstances. Many enlisted in the military, for example, to get them paid off. I see nothing wrong with that. But just forgiving them as Biden says he will do? Not just no, but HELL NO!

I feel the same way about loans to Israel. Beale often raves about Boomers. He’s quite irrational when it comes to the generation. It should be pointed out he got the same bennies he doesn’t like the Boomers having gotten. I killed his bookmark sometime ago because of his irrationality.

        • I only read him as I would and do liberal web sites to gauge their mindset, rhetoric, plans and the few gems they produce… Know you enemy kind of thing. I don’t subscribe to any other web sites he produces or has interest in. I stopped commenting when his boomer tantrum became a fever pitch and by then he shut off comments because he and his sycophant moderators grew tired of unwashed, smelly sub-IQ humanoids had the temerity to babble incoherently on his dictates…

        • The soldiers and sailors civil relief act covered veterans who were conscripted and or volunteered after entry into the armed forces.

  3. The jig was up with the education scam 20 years ago. Maybe you could party your way to a Mickey Mouse degree and still get a good job in the 50s… maybe into the 60s and early 70’s…but after that the private sector caught on by the 80s. Employers know all about fake degrees and some are even red flags. An applicant with a gender studies degree is going to be a grievance mongerer and nothing but trouble, as will the graduates from women’s and African studies programs. There’s countless others.

I’m surprised Biden hadn’t been legally challenged. One has to wonder… why are conservatives quiet as church mice on this? If they were doing their jobs they’d nail Biden’s hide to the wall…

    • Why be surprised? A swamp rat challenging another swamp rat? Conservatives or Liberals in the Senate or the House are still ALL SWAMP RATS. They play at being libs or conservative to pander to their base BUT UNDER THEIR SCALES, THEY ARE ALL THE SAME SLIMY CRITTERS INHABITING THE DC SWAMP. They can never be trusted to stand for The People and must ALL be purged, if not from this world, at least from government. When the New Republic is formed – Term Limits for ALL public officials MUST be at the top of the new constitution. We must never allow politicians to become the lifetime multimillionaire empty suits they have become.FJB

  4. Bravo CederQ, nicely written. I paid for my son’s college degree and I have no inclination, desire or responsibility to pay for anyone else’s education through my tax dollars. We already have Pell Grants for that, do we not?

    • I certainly have no desire to pay for some child’s time at a woke seminary getting a useless degree in gender, Women’s, Black, or some other “studies” degree. That’s just grand training if you want to sell burgers at Mickey D’s, but that’s about it.

  5. Guys, talk to people less than 30 years old. Kids (<30) have been indoctrinated to think the government is going to take care of them. They have also been indoctrinated to become debt slaves to the government (who ultimately holds the loan that can't be discharged by bankruptcy?)

This action shows once again how kind Uncle Joe is trying to save the people and the mean old boomers don't care about their grandkids.

This is Genius level manipulation of both groups. (and 10K per person is a drop in the bucket)

Cheer on the debt forgiveness. Any loan paid back is more money in Uncle Joe's coffers to hire more IRS agents or to send money over to the Ukraine. (I know not that simple, but it should make a point)

Free the younger generation from debt slavery. Then require them to stand on their own 2 feed now that they government no longer has a bat to beat them with. Hilarity will ensue.

  6. Bribem doesn’t have the Constitutional authority to enact this. See Art1, Sec 8.1. Any spending has to be authorized by CONgress, both Houses. Even Nasty Piglosi said earlier this week that Bribem has no authority to do this.

Although I haven’t seen any reporting or accusations on this, Trump did much the same thing when he started the wall project, taking money from the Defense budget. CONgress or some Demonrat sued to block using defense money in Federal Court and lost. In that case the judge was correct because the Commander In Chief has ultimate discretion in how the military budget gets spent.

This boolsheet however is completely different. They can’t even articulate how this is going to be paid for. The gay Press Sec. was tongue tied the other day when questioned, as usual. As yet, none of the stoneless Republicans have mentioned anything about a lawsuit.

If one of them does file suit, Demonrats and the Demonrat propaganda mills in the press with jump all over that with something to the effect that Republicans are anti education.

Hilariously, if you look at the stats of who owes a substantial portion of student loan debts, 40% are people with advanced degrees, so Bribem lied about that too with his poor folks need help with loans.

Then there’s “what about the people that have already paid their loans off” question, like my oldest son. He scrimped and put off a whole bunch of stuff to pay off his loans in three years after graduation. That would generate further discussion about how far back do you go.

I could go on, but I think you get my drift.

  7. 1) Biteme does NOT have the authority to forgive the student loans.
    2) Congress does, but won’t.
    3) Don’t assume(!) that nothing is being done by the Resluglicans. It is not necessarily being reported in the Mainslime Media.
    4) Blowback, especially from the average Joe Blow that PAID the debt… because it was the right thing to do (and they were obligated)!
