My understanding of concealed carry is an obligation to de-escalate and avoid confrontation to the maximum extent possible.
Inserting yourself, and interfering with federal agents in the performance of their duties, and getting involved in a physical altercation while armed seems to go against that concept.
He didn’t deserve to get shot, but the outcome is sadly foreseeable. His previous encounter clearly shows his lack of awareness of the consequences, as he knew what he was getting in to.
