In the dust on the trunk, I wrote “CLE-” before Taurus.
Even had a few people notice.
What I didn’t take kindly to, was Ford rebadging a 2008 Ford 500 and calling it a Taurus in 2009. Which is what that is.
Nor comparing my beloved Taurus to a friggin’ Jaguar. I’m looking at you Bear Claw……..

Well, truth hurts and that jag was ugly. I spent 10 years with a General Motors division not on the car side. They canned it after I left but have since brought it back. I have driven a Toyota truck for 13 years. If I ever go back to domestic it will be a ford truck. Will tell you over a beer someday why as I have seen all makes go through the most common toughest environment. They all wore out but Ford did the best. Granted that was long ago.
ps My Dad was a Ford man as long as I was alive till he passed.
