    • Mr Mayo, I looked at that when you sent me a link on the email. I tried to copy the pictures and they must have the pictures in a MP4 format and you can’t load those on this version of Worpressitude. I am sorry I wanted to make a post of it! I was trying to figure out and I went to several sources to see how to grab those pics and so far it hasn’t helped.

          • The 1st reply was to your comment on the linky pics where I tried to post the pics/diagram. Tried several different copy/paste configurations, no joy. I was able to copy/paste and send the pics to a friend. It wouldn’t load so I replied to my reply so I wouldn’t look like too much of an idiot with just a blank. The looking like an idiot part worked out real good…didn’t it. Lots of us read your stuff and never comment.

            • Thanks KoB for replying! I wasn’t been an ass too much. I use Win 10 with a shell program that emulates Win 7 or XP if I wanted too. But for some reason when I exit the shell program to Win 10 and use Edge or Brave browser that I use to run the blog it just doesn’t like MP 4 or some of the other formats that people use for pictures. It is very frustrating not to post what ya’ll send it! Don’t mind me sent me an email and they converted to jpg and I will be able to post them soon. I didn’t think you were an idiot. I know computers and software programs have become too sophisticated and clunky and bloated to work for us non-computer pukes to use.

      • Weird. They show up as jpg for me. You can always hit the reply button, and I’ll make something work.

My e-mail provider is shitting the bed now. I’ll be switching soon – I hope to get it all wrapped up over the weekend.

  1. #2 – gotta take it with ya nowadays – no dumping by the sided of the Right-Of-Way.
#4 – the most useful Caddy I’ve ever seen!
#10 – slick! I wonder how many Willy’s Jeeps were converted to run on European rail system(s)?
#11 – Pullman car par excellence! Sure don’t make ’em like that nowadays, do they?
#15 – butt ugly and very useful.
    #16 – a line engine’s line engine. They’re not foolin’ around!
    #19 – a pushme-pullyou, most likely in a foreign country, eh CederQ??

I don’t see a power pickup on that Tesla “locomotive”. Any more details/pics on that, CederQ?

    Good mix today!

      • CederQ, Igor makes a great example of numbering these pics. Be nice if you could do that so we dont have to count, I always run out of toes.

        daddy-o

        • In a post a while back, this version of wordpressitude doesn’t allow numbering the pics that I have posted, I am looking at patches and such, so for now, no numbers for pics.

          • How are the descriptions under the pics embedded? If WP allows that, could you not add #’s instead of text? Unfamiliar with WP gadgets.

            • Well, Yes, I insert the description under an edit function, I could when I post the images place a corresponding number to the pic. Man I am embarrassed and I mean ’em bare assed I didn’t think of that…

  2. Does anybody know what type of vehicle number 12 pic is? It appears to be a forward-control 4WD ute adapted for rail inspection.
How come you can’t buy practicable strong vehicles anymore, am I the only one left who doesn’t want wi-fi on the dash crap, two-tone metallic paint on an impractical body with flared mudguards for the $500 tyres in odd sizes?

    • Looks like a FC Jeep. Always wanted one to hunt with , 4WD, 1 ton, but top speed on those was 40 mph. Plenty if you’re out in the wilderness though.

      • I didn’t even know that they made them. A bit of weight in the rear and it’d probably ride alright.

    • John-o, you’re not the only one that wants a vehicle, not something with “Infotainment” built in, and running CANbus for the wiring. Fuel injection is a must, but I had a ’55 Chebbie on the strip running an old WWII Bendix Fuel Injection system, so that’s about as basic as you can get! Required tuning when the weather changed rapidly, but so what? It worked…
I won’t buy a new car. Too much crapola on them that I don’t want.
