Why? Easier to get in/out when it’s lowered? Assuming it’s on lifters, then it might be among the very few cases of lowered vehicles I appreciate, even if it does look dumb.
Riddle me this…I thought the idea was to have a “light weight” trailer so the towing vehicle could “handle” the weight….
Some of those campers(?) had to have tripled the load limits of the towing vehicles.
Um, what’s the go with the scissor-jack sleeper, does it have firing ports for overhead high geese? I’d be terrified to turn over in bed in that thing, be a good birth control device, no jiggy-jig in that unless you’re both trapeze artists!
Be a bugger if you’d been on the grog earlier, then had to go for a slash and forgot you lifted the camper to evade the biting midges for the night!
